We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24hrs before the beginning of your appointment time or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Exceptions are allowed, but will be kept note of in the client’s profile. If you’re 15 minutes late to your appointment, you’re considered a no-show client. I will not take you + you will be charged 50% of your color service. This will go towards the final cost if rebooked. To rebook with me you will be asked to pay a rebooking fee that is non-refundable + will go towards the final cost of your service. I do not offer refunds. I do offer 1 redo service to any unhappy clients free of charge.
